A New Email Subscription

This blog had an email subscription service from Bloglet. I know many people found it useful to keep up with the freebies and money making opportunities. Not too long ago, I suspected that it wasn't working. My suspicions were correct.

Since Bloglet no longer exists, I've decided to use Feedblitz. Unforunately, I waited too long and I wasn't able to import the subscribers.

If you would like to receive an email when I update this blog, be sure to enter your email address. Feedblitz will send you one email to inform you of any updates. The form can be found on the upper right handside of the blog.

Want to Share a Laugh and a Great Ad Deal!

MyBlogLog.com is a great community! I have found so many great blogs. There are many great blogs, everything from risk manangement to affiliate marketing. I have to take the time to give some link love to many great sites! Today I'm starting with the Brohans.com .

Today I want to share a great video blog that I'm sure many of you will add to your blogroll. This site gives the top weirdest, funniest and bizarre videos on the net. The best part is that it also has a little write up from Matt (the site owner) that is hialrious.

This week, you have to see this video. This is video demonstrates what not to do to win your love back! Ten minutes of whining and ....just watch the video.
Brohans.com.

First I felt bad for him, then I felt bad for her, then I was just embarassed for both of them. He reminded me of Kevin Federline.

Can you say S T A L K E R !!!!!

One more thing, Brohans.com started selling advertising space (located on upper right hand of their site). For two dollars a month, you can have a thumbnail displayed with a link to your site.

Here are their stats:
Since our December 2006 launch (2 months ago), Brohans Video Blog has had over
80,000 page views from over 55,000 unique visitors. The site is targeted to
people who watch online videos and only want to see the most hilarious, amazing,
or downright weird videos out there.

As of 2/2/2007, our stats:

Alexa Ranking for Brohans.com (3 month): 343,118
Technorati Rank:
151,980
Google PageRank: 2

They only take Google Checkout to pay for the ads and you must email them first. I'm off to email them......

Review my Blog and PayPerPost.com May Pay You $7.50!

This is a great promotion for PayPerPost.com bloggers and for those that are curious about the company that pays you to blog! PayPerPost.com is helping bloggers increase their page rank, by paying other bloggers to review their blogs and post a link! To make it even more enticing, they are offering reviewers a payment of $7.50. This may be the easiest money you can make! How long does it take to look at a site, read an entry and write a review?

This is a great opportunity for those that have been hesitant to join PPP. If you thought it sounded difficult to write a review on a new site, then write a review on a site you visit often. Go ahead, blog about this entry. It may take you less than 20 minutes and you can make some quick money!

This new strategy is great for not only bloggers, but PPP. PPP will increase their rank on the blogoshpere by helping their bloggers increase their PR. It's definitely a win-win scenario. A great way for all parties to build traffic!

What is expected?

What's a Blogger?

Thought I would give up an update, since I have the time.

Blogitive: I received my W2 or is it a 1099? Whatever, I don't have it handy right now. I do remember the figure for the year. I earned $2155.00. Not bad, huh?

The Flu: Four of the kids had the flu, three more to go. I pray they don't get it, but they always do... It'll give me more to blog about.

The Diva: She has been a vegetarian for about two months now. Yup, a vegetarian. Ironic, when mommy is trying to stay on The Atkin's Diet. So now, I'm cooking three different dinners. I'll definitely explain that later this week. Might even start blogging about vegetarian menus.

I'm waiting to receive the 1099's or W2's from PayPerPost and other companies. Yes, I earned over $600.00. I'll be sitting down with someone with all this paperwork, trying to explain my income...again.

On another note, I was asked by one of my kid's guidance counselor about my employment. I started by asking if she knew what a blogger was. I can tell she was perplexed. I started explaining the multiple streams of income and how I earn a living. Let's just say, she was confused. Umm, that's just me that earns a modest living. I pretty much earn what I used to at my full time employment. It's modest, believe me. I read about how much these pro-bloggers earn and I'm amazed. What do they tell their kid's teachers? How do other people react to how they earn their income? I remember Dooce's post last year about her trip to the accountant. It was pretty funny, but then again....she always is.

I still think I'm doing pretty well, considering I started blogging a little over a year ago. I'm even more shocked when I remember that in 2003, I didn't even know how to turn on a computer. Now I can customize my blog! (Even more amazing, I have about 15 blogs and over 5 Squidoo lenses).

Last year, The Entrepreneur made me a Valentine's Day Card. In it, he wrote why he loved me and why I was so great.

One funny quote:

"I love my MOM because...
She is a great blogger."

Of course, that was followed by his teacher asking,

"What's a blogger?"

More Carnivals!

Sometimes I wait to post the links to the Carnivals to give them more traffic towards the end of the week. Other times like this week, it's due to some family issues. The flu is running through the house. So far, 4 had it and 3 more will get it.

Anyway, this week's Festival of Frugality #60 was hosted at Frugal For Life. Dawn did a great job. She used snapshots of pictures for our posts. When you click on the picture, you view a snapshot of our blog! I'm sure it was time consuming.

Very Creative, indeed!

Festival of Family Flair - Fifth Edition is being hosted at Grasshopper New Media Presents.... Visit and read some great posts!

Internet Money Makers Carnival 9th Edition is being hosted at Martin's Site. My favorite post was Bryan C. Fleming » Million Dollar Savings Club Update: Week 5 . I'm thinking of participating...

That should give you something to read after you finish the Sunday paper!

And the Winner is....

The winner of the contest is elizajane202 from the blog I'm not just a mom...I'm a Home Mom !

Congratulations.

She's due with baby number four.

Hope you have a quick and easy delivery! Enjoy your prize...

ClickBank, PayPal Payments and Weight Loss!

ClickBank: A New Income Opportunity! My schedule has not allowed me to blog as much as usual. In order to still earn money while I'm not actually "blogging", I joined some traffic exchanges and tested some online opportunities. What happened? Well, I joined a traffic exchange and entered my ClickBank ID. I forgot about it. I joined another advertising venture and they mentioned how you can earn money through your ClickBank ID. Your ID is added to the products that are being advertised and you earn a commission, even when you are not actively doing anything. (It's a form of viral marketing.) They stated that you should check your ClickBank ID for commissions. I thought, "That would be nice, but what are the chances?" Remembering I had recently joined a site like this, I checked my ClickBank account. Guess what? I had $96.01 in commissions! I didn't actively do anything for this commission. I was SHOCKED and pretty happy.

PayPal Payments: More Good News!
That's not the only good news! I was writing an entry on Amazon.com and checked my account to find a $6.00 commission.
I should receive $60.00 in referral fees from AssociatedContent!
I earned enough from Google this month to cover my entire car payment!
I am receiving checks regularly from TreasureTrooper, Hits4Pay, and CashCrate.
I receive regular paypal payments from FusionCash.net, Mylot, Blogsvertise, PayPerPost and others!
ReviewMe has increased my review fee to $100.00 a review! I'm very happy about that. I think that $50.00 for a post is incredible. Especially when I also earn residual income from Google Adsense.

If anyone is interested in more information regarding the above sites visit:
MAKE MONEY ONLINE on Squidoo

(There you will find tutorials for the sites above as well as techniques to increase your earnings).

Oh and there is the regular Blogitive paypal payment which is incredible. I'm waiting for my W2 for the amount. I will share it with you when I get it. As you can imagine, my paypal account is pages and pages long. I can't go through 12 months of pages to figure it out. I'm waiting for the W2's and I'll give you the figures.

Weight Loss: On Another Note
Not too long ago, I wrote about how I was going to take a break from blogging to lose weight. I have lost weight, but it's not because of diet and exercise. I'm now down to a size 6. Why? I've been very busy with the kids, dentist appointments and so on. What do I attribute the weight loss to? I realized I have been drinking an average of 24 cups of coffee-a day. Not good. I don't advise anyone to join in the insanity. I've been under a lot of stress and that's why I've been asbsetmindedly drinking the coffee. I'm desperately trying to care for the kids, take them to all this appointments and earn enough to pay the bills and pay for their dental work. Definitely will be cutting way back on the caffeine.

Pictures of me and the kids may be at PayPerPost.com soon. I'll let you know, so you can participate in the contest they will be running. The first one to assemble the puzzle made up of our pictures will win $1000.00!

Enjoy your weekend!

*****Be sure to enter the contest I'm running. It will be over tomorrow!*****
